or cut out , make 2 copies and tape them on to an 8" x 10" piece of paper. Use a copy machine to print several.

Instructions

Materials Needed:

• Shrinky Dinks Frosted Ruff N' Ready Shrinkable Plastic (Item D100-10A) ½ sheet per tag

• Any Colored Pencils: Red, Yellow, Orange, White, Black and Lt. Blue (Item COLRPEN)

• Paper Punch: Standard ¼" (Item D842)

• Double Stick Pad: Approx ½" (Item FOMP)

• Bead Key Chain: (Item D844 – Colors or Item D845 – Goldtone)

• Miscellaneous: Scissors, Clear Tape, ANY wrapped Candy

• Home Oven or Toaster Oven

• Optional: Large Heart Template (Approx. 5" across)

HOW TO MAKE

Step 1 – Lay Shrinky Dinks plastic over pattern. Tape plastic to pattern sheet. Use a Black pencil to trace pattern. Trace on the roughened side.

Step 2 – Color and Personalize. (Refer to picture for colors or choose your own.)

Step 3 – Cut Out with scissors and punch out the hole.

Step 4 – Bake according to package instructions. Hold flat until cool.

Step 5 – Insert Key Chain through hole on the extended piece and attach double stick pad just below the punched hole.

Step 6 - Remove paper from pad and stick on ANY wrapped candy.
