What a fun way to personalize your Halloween dessert. These fun and easy to make dessert picks will make cupcakes spooky, cakes terrifying, and your ice cream frightful.
Make one for each of your guests at your Halloween get together, what a fun take home keepsake of your hauntingly good party.
1.
Place the White Shrinky Dinks sheet over the
pattern page and tape in place.
2.
Trace the entire skeleton using the Black Permanent Ink Pen.
3. Cut all pieces out. Do not cut below the thin lines in between the finger bones.
4. Cut a 4 inch by 2 inch strip from Brown Shrinky Dinks plastic. Cut small V's on both 2 inch ends simulate broken wood…using a White Paint Marker write a name or message on the sign.
5. Bake pieces to shrink according to package instructions. Allow your pieces to cool completely.
6. Place pieces into a cupcake or the desert of your choice. (See photo.)
7. Break the popsicle stick about 1 inch from the top so the broken edge is up. Glue the brown Shrinky Dinks sign onto the upper portion of the stick. Insert into the dessert behind the skeleton head.
