1.
Lay plastic sheet over the
pattern and tape into place.

2.
Trace the outline and details using the Black Permanent Pen. |

3. Color in the image with Paint Markers (you may need to retrace a line with the black if some of the colored pen covers it.) |

4. Personalize using the Black Permanent Pen on designated lines. Write a your Name, School, Phone Number or a positive message to remember each day. |

5. Punch a hole where indicated at
the center top of the image

6. Bake and shrink according to package instructions. |

7. Allow the piece to cool completely. Place a small dot of glue on a piece of paper. Using the tweezers, pick up one wiggle eye, and carefully place it on the dot of glue to apply a small amount to the back of the eye. Then adhere it to the worm image as shown in the picture. Repeat the process with the second eye. Allow the glue to dry completely. |

8. Place the chain through the hole and hang from your school bag, purse, keys or coat hook at school. |
